We would like to take this opportunity to just say a special "THANK YOU" for all you have done handling our landscape lighting. Not only do you offer quality products and excellent workmanship, your service goes an extra step beyond.
We originally had our outdoor lighting installed by one of your competitors. When we added a new deck we decided to add more lighting, but decided to get more than one opinion. Several responded but none met your qualifications.
The appointment was handled immediately. You listened to our ideas and gave us a few of yours as well. We had this problem area around an oak tree we just could not decide upon. You came out on more than one trip and worked with us on this until we finally had the perfect solution.
We could not believe it when you offered a service contract, not only on the new lights that you had installed but on the remainder of the lights that were installed by the other company. We took you up on this and have never been sorry. Whenever a light bulb blows, you promptly come out and it is replaced. We had a problem with two fixtures that were originally installed by the other company. You sent them back to Kichler and they were replaced without question or charge to us. The total lighting effect is incredible!!! What a difference it makes on the outside of our home. You seem to have that special knack in knowing just where to place the fixtures so they perfectly enhance the home as well as the yard.
Chris, we have been so pleased that we made the decision to have your company handle our outdoor lighting needs. With your personality, prompt service and impeccable workmanship you will undoubtedly achieve incredible success in this business. It is so nice to see friendly service after the sale. Deborah and I wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job on the installation of the lights in and around the trees in our front yard. This past weekend we had a large party and many of the guests commented on how well the lights accented the property.
I would like to extend a thank you for being so responsive to our needs on the few occasions we have asked you to come back to make adjustments for our parties or special events. We have never had anyone be as responsive as you and your staff. We look forward to a long term relationship, and I am sure we will have additional lighting needs. When we do, we will call you.

We are a second time client of Johnson Landscape Lighting. Chris and his team did a beautiful job designing and installing landscape lighting on our first house. We were very pleased with the entire process and the new look of our home in the evening. When we sold the house, the landscape lighting certainly added to the value of our home. We asked the prospective buyers to come back in the evening to see the house at night, and they made an offer the next day.
